The Adelaide Waste Collective is a collaborative community group focusing on reducing waste.

Meeting monthly at the Adelaide Sustainability Centre, the group aims to educate and involve the wider community in better waste management and resource recovery practices. Through developing and participating in small scale projects, including data collection, the group uses their research to further educate themselves and the broader community, and shapes the direction of their waste reduction initiatives.

The Adelaide Waste Collective is a passionate environmental group, with their primary focus on the reduction in waste issue for environmental protection.

The Adelaide Waste Collective welcomes all new members regardless of where they are on their waste journey. They are a diverse group of individuals with varying backgrounds including waste management industry professionals, eco business leaders, academics, bloggers and community zero waste advocates. Everyone is welcome to our community and we value all contributions to reduce our impact on the environment.
